Within the Building Materials Sector there are three accredited laboratories and a department, as follows:
- Laboratory for Stones and Stone Aggregates
- Laboratory for Concrete and Binders
- Laboratory for Asphalt, Hydrocarbon Binders and Waterproofing, and
- Department of Laboratory Monitoring
